URGENTLY HIRING
Aura Integrated Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with minimum 2-5 years of nursing experience and minimum of 1 year of clinical/nursing supervisory experience to serve as a Clinical Supervisor for a home health agency. mThis is an urgent hiring need with an immediate start available for the right candidate. This position is a 1099 independent contractor role with a defined scope of work, flexible scheduling, and the potential for future opportunities based on agency needs and performance.

Compensation:
- $125 per Initial Assessment.
- $50 per Supervisory Visit.
- Compensation structure is non-negotiable.
Position Overview:
The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical oversight and complete required nursing visits for a small caseload during the contract period.
Responsibilities include:
- Initial nursing assessments.
- Supervisory visits.
- Clinical oversight activities as required.
- Participation in survey-related activities, if needed.
- Timely and accurate completion of required documentation.
Expected Caseload & Visit Requirements:
This contract is expected to involve approximately three (3) clients.
Each client will require:
- One (1) Initial Assessment.
- Two (2) Supervisory Visits per week.
The selected RN will be responsible for ensuring all required visits and documentation are completed within required timeframes.
Flexible Schedule:
- This position offers significant scheduling flexibility.
- Visits may be scheduled Monday through Friday based on the RN's availability and client scheduling needs.
- Because the caseload consists of only three clients, the selected RN may choose to:
- Complete multiple visits on the same day
- Spread visits throughout the week
- Create a schedule that works best for their availability
- As long as required visits are completed timely and in accordance with agency requirements, scheduling is flexible.
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum five (5) years of nursing experience.
- Minimum one (1) year of nursing supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI).
- Knowledge of Infection Prevention and Control.
- Knowledge of Emergency Preparedness requirements.
- Knowledge of clinical oversight and regulatory compliance.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Home Health Clinical Competencies:
Applicants must possess the clinical knowledge and skills necessary to perform and oversee skilled nursing services in a home health setting, including but not limited to:
- Comprehensive nursing assessments.
- Patient and caregiver education.
- Medication management and medication reconciliation.
- Disease process education and monitoring.
- Wound assessment and wound care.
- Infection Prevention and Control practices.
- Care planning and coordination of services.
- Ongoing patient evaluation and documentation.
- Physician order review and implementation.
- Identification and reporting of changes in patient condition.
- Development and oversight of individualized plans of care.
Applicants must be comfortable providing direct skilled nursing services when clinically indicated.
Required Application Documents:

- Current TB screening documentation (recent results accepted- must be within a year)
- Active RN license
Selected candidates will be required to successfully complete an agency background screening prior to onboarding.
Preferred Experience:
The following experience is preferred but not required:
- Home health experience.
- Home health supervisory .
- Experience serving as a Clinical Supervisor.
- Experience participating in state surveys, accreditation surveys, or regulatory reviews.
- Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and home health regulations.
Additional Information:
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
- This is not a full-time position.
- Overtime is not available.
- Daily operations, agency procedures, documentation requirements, and onboarding expectations will be reviewed during the hiring process.
